Nice appartment, rooms worked well for our family of 5. Easy to walk to Lapad main area for beach and restaurants
be aware its too far to walk to Dubrovnik old town from this location, so you'll need to understand the buses or take a taxi.

Really nice place with plenty of space for a family stay. Easy access to old town (under 10 mins by taxi).
The only slight downside is that there is a sports field next door, and our car was nearly always blocked in by parents parking to drop off or collect their kids. Not a fault of the property though.

Quiet. Very clean. Owner provided washing detergent upon request. Parking was under cover. Construction happening next door but no noise or problems with this.
For $900 AUD for 2 nights it was not value for money. It is peak season but for just 2 rooms, very small kitchen and bathroom I don’t think it’s worth the price. Hotel rooms in Lapad are cheaper and closer to the beach.
