Was a room in cookery school rather than townhouse

Good location
Not made aware that accommodation was in a separate building with a walk in the rain for breakfast Room rather tired and noisy as near a pub. Had to leave the window open for air. A lot of noise from the room above.

Location difficult to find in a car even with sat nav.
TV and WiFi connection posed problems for us.
