Completamente rinnovato nel 2011, questo cottage presenta pavimenti in legno, una cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, inclusi fornelli a gas / forno, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde, nonché una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile. Ogni camera da letto può ospitare 2 persone con 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. Un'unità a corrente alternata nel soggiorno mantiene fresca l'intera casa. Il bagno piastrellato in marmo ha una doccia, ma nessuna vasca. C'è anche una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda da godersi dopo una giornata in spiaggia o solo per divertimento. Our stay at the “Maine house” as my kids were calling it was amazing. We absolutely loved the week we were there. Beth greeted us upon arrival and we just knew it was going to be a perfect home away from home.

This was our first time at the cottage and I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The view of Nubble and the ocean is wonderful. The cottage is just as described in the listing, only better. It was nice to know Beth was just across the street if we needed anything, she is so nice and helpful. We loved it so much we booked for next year!

Very nice. All the amenities. Nice view of the lighthouse and the ocean from the back deck. Check in was easy. Walking distance to the beach and the restaurant the Lobster Cove. We are in our 70’s and found that lighting was a bit dim for us. We might bring our own lamp next time. We did not need either the air conditioner or the heat while we were there. The windows are plentiful and seal well. There is a bit of road noise as you are right on York street. Would rent again!

We had a great stay at the cottage! The ocean view (especially sunrises and moonrises) and salty breezes off the water were treasures. The cottage had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing week.

The cottage was as pictured, well stocked with supplies and clean. The view is amazing and we loved sitting on the deck and being able to walk to the beach and explore the tidepools away from the crowds. Thanks for a great stay

Cottage was super cute and I loved the view from the living room window and back deck! Property managers (Beth) were very helpful.

Property location is great! Gorgeous views. We are older adults and this is not a practical place to stay. No comfortable chairs. Sofa at right angle to TV, so could not watch it easily from sofa. Sofa too soft. Only arm chair was too hard and small. Kitchen and bathroom were lovely. Dining table was nice. Just no comfortable seating.

This little house is a gem!
We had a fabulous three weeks in September at Vivian’s house. Everything was perfect — the house was immaculate, the beds comfy, and the view amazing. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the waves. What a great view of the Nubble! The few times we had issues (we had some problems with the washer), Beth responded immediately. It was hard to leave when the time came but, hopefully, we will return soon.

Chillin in York
My daughter and I spent a week in York on the ocean at the best little 2 bedroom cottage I’ve ever stayed at in 15 yrs of visiting York. So cute with a view of the ocean and Nuble Light. Amazing! A walk to the beach and tons of killer restaurants. I’ll be back next summer for sure.

We were able to walk to long sands beach. A perfect gem , we love the location, access to the beach, lot’s of walking and a zen moment .
Awesome, well maintained and the view is magnificent. Beth is a delight and very helpful. An 8 year old took surfing lessons, loved the beach, Long Sands beach “Arcade” etc. I walked 6 miles to Nubble Lighthouse. We loved having company from California, they were so amazed by the cottage and the location. Thank you for such a needed respite. Loretta McManus, Vermont.

Perfect getaway
The house and location were perfect. The house was spotless and the property manager was super helpful and checked in on us via phone to make sure we had everything we needed (she is right across the street which was great). We enjoyed every bit of our week long stay but the sunrises viewed from the back deck overlooking the water were breathtaking. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay York. Walking or biking distance to everything, including the beach.

Comfy and relaxing
Awesome place to stay. Cottage was very clean and comfortable with a beach theme and enough storage for a family of four. The view of the water from the back deck was beautiful and Long Sands Beach is just a short 5 minute drive down the road. The property manager, Beth, was extremely friendly and the owners were great at communicating information about our trip. Would definitely rent again if heading back to York. Thanks for the great family memories!!
