The location, the view and the warmth of the staff.
Renovation work causing noise, odors (welding), and construction debris visible throughout the facilities.
The AA at the room does not work well

Breakfast was fine. A variety each day. The view from our room was spectactular, beautiful white sand beach and tourquoise water
We are elderly so the steps to th e beach were too much for us, but young people were running up and down. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. I am 80 years old. Benny and wife Vivi were so good to us, excellent manager, very caring we were spoiled.

I loved everything, the place was beautiful, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, and the staff is great!
