Great location, comfortable and friendly staff. We arrived in late and weren’t told that breakfast was until 10 (says 11 on booking.com) but the lady woke us up so we didn’t miss it. That was nice of her 😄

The shower water was freezing. You needed to turn on the sink tap and the cold tap of the shower together in order for the hot water to flow. And it was scorching, couldn’t find a balance.

shower didn’t drain and we switched rooms once. the breakfast was not like the picture, as vegans we were given four smallest pieces of papaya and tree pieces (bite size) of pineapple with one piece of toast. hotel said we could take a coffee tour with them when we were there, when we arrived surprise surprise, only a basic tour was available and we had told them we wanted a premium, so they tried to find us a spot and guaranteed us a tour for the next day, so we did not book something on our own somewhere else because we trusted them, but guess what? next morning they told us that they could not do anything and we had no spot in the tour.

Great location, nice room with everything we needed including soap/shampoo in the shower, fresh towels, cable TV and blankets for the bed. Lovely views to see on the balcony. Restaurant on the hotel is very nice for food. Staff were friendly whenever we spoke to them. Very nice looking hotel!

Breakfast coffee is gross. Pay the barista to make a good coffee for a small fee as its much better or get it from a coffee shop in the main square. The general area in the Salento jungle is very humid so it can feel damp in the room at times.

- no fan or ac in the room and it gets very humid especially after shower - shower thermostat (either too hot or very cold water) and very bad water pressure - no wardrobe, no hangers basically nowhere to hang or store your clothes !! - no hairdryer in the room

Nice building, near to the downtown, and with a very nice restaurant. The staff is really nice.

1) Issues with hot water, the temperature should be adjusted as the water flows too hot and apparently, the staff has no access to check the water heaters. 2) The private parking should be enhanced. 3) Although it is very rainy, no bathroom extractor fans were available, so most times the bathroom was a mess.

Very nice personnel that help us organize transport and some additional activities. Great location - 3 minutes from the main square and with a lovely view at the same time. Good breakfasts. Nothing to complain about :)

Non-existent wifi and instead of a serious apology, reasons are given that I, as an IT consultant, cannot understand.

Great location, super close to the central area but far enough to be isolated from noises. Friendly staff, they did their best to keep us happy.

The shower didn't work in our rooms, sometimes it was extremely hot, then it switched to extremely cold, and finally water didn't come out at all. We talked to the front desk, they just said that there were too many people in town which was messing up the town's water supply, I believe there are alternatives to solve this issue. Breakfast was very simple, there were not many options.

The hotel is very colorful ,perfectly situated, close to the main square. Breakfast is delicious. The best is thing is the staff - they helped us to arranged transfer from Armenia Airport and then to Jardin, arranged a visit to Finca, recommended restaurants and give all needed information for visiting Cocora Valley. Thank you!

Hot water in the bathroom comes and goes, but I think it is an issue in the whole village.

Amazing and friendly staff, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and in a very good location. It feels like you are in the middle of the countryside, but indeed you are almost in the center of the city, which is quite convenient.

The rooms lacked some details like toiletries and the beds were not the most confortable and sometimes it was cold at night
