People who work st the hotel are very supportive. They met us near the parking place outside the Medina, helped us to find the way to the hotel, helped us with luggage, gave us some tips on what to see in the town. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious. And in the night we enjoyed the beautiful night city view from the hotel terrace. Definately recommend this place.

Casa La Palma was a beautiful Riad in a beautiful setting. It was beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Getting to know our host, Rasik, was really fun. He gave us a lot of information so we were able to fully explore the town. Breakfast was exceptional. We loved our stay here.

Great location in the top of the Medina
The delicious and generous breakfast was served on the rooftop, where the view of the city is amazing.

Location was great, and the breakfast was traditional Moroccan, but varied each day. It's on a steep hill with ramps and steps so you have to carry your bags or have the hotel meet you and carry them. The hosts spoke very little English which forced us to work on our Spanish and just resort to Google translate a couple of times. We were the only guests there so we had the entire rooftop patio to ourselves to enjoy breakfasts, sunsets at any time. The views up there are great.
We could hear kids playing in the streets, the occasional cat fight and the call to prayer in the room. With the fan on, it muted all of those enough to sleep great.

We had a wonderful time at Casa la Palma thanks to Rafik and Mohamed! The room is spacious and clean and the location is great, a bit on the quieter part of the medina and at the same time very close to all the beautiful things that Chefchaouen has to offer. The hosts were both super friendly and helpful when we needed anything. We would highly recommend this place, and definitely come back if we ever return to Chefchaouen!
Nothing about the guesthouse, but unfortunately the weather was not so good, so we could not enjoy the nice roof terrace that much. Better luck next time!

Everything, starting from the lovely and warm welcoming when we entered, to the great WiFi and hot showers as well as the amazing rooftop terrace where you have your delicious breakfast. Our last morning, we were even walked to the taxi stand so we could travel safely to Tanger. All in all an amazing stay!
There was nothing we didn't like!

First of all the staff here was among the nicest I've ever experienced anywhere in the world — going way above and beyond what was necessary. The desk clerk not only carried my heavy (and broken) suitcase up and down stairs for *several blocks* to and from the hotel, but also arranged for me to visit a shrine about an hour and a half outside of town and also personally took me to a tailor shop halfway across town to get my pants hemmed — in addition to brining me (and, I suspect, also preparing) my exceptionally good breakfast every morning on the roof. The hotel is located in an out of the way corner of the old city near the top of the mountain everything is built into, so it overlooks everything with an incredible view — although at the same time it does mean that going from your hotel to points of interest and restaurants located closer to the town center does mean going up and down many, many stairs. The neighborhood itself, though, has the great advantage most tourists in Morocco will certainly appreciate of being in an attractive and historic, but essentially ordinary place where people go about their daily lives and children play — and, importantly, where no one will be trying to sell you anything. Overall an excellent choice with which I couldn't have been happier.

Easily accessible location, in the most interesting part of the town (and possibly the Medina as well). Spotless and comfortable room with all the required amenities. Rafik (the host) was the most welcoming person ever, spending his entire evening showing me around and explaining the peculiar places of the city. Rafik, thank you so much! I absolutely recommend this place.

The staff is absolutely fantastic, welcoming, and helpful. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful as the hotel is on top of the medina, this means you will have to climb quite a few stairs to reach it: not ideal for trolleys. The rooms are nice, warm and clean and the breakfast good. Thank you Rafik, hopefully see you soon :)

The staff were amazing, warm and smiling ever ready to help. The place was empty as this is the low season.
The property like most in Chefchaouen is a long uphill and downhill walk from anywhere. The place can get a little cold in winters.
