Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

Everything

I had no complaints

We have been coming to the Vanderbilt for 22 years and are expectations have always been exceeded by the very well trained staff who always greet us by our name. The hotel itself is certainly five star which is very difficult to find in today’s time. The restaurants on the premises are all excellent and offer a variety of different chives. Most delightful is waking up and having coffee on the veranda with the beautiful ocean view. I believe the head butler Delfin has had a major influence on all the staff by leading by example. One employee that stands out is Michael one of the pool and beach attendants.who truly understand the meaning of excellent service. We hope that management sees the potential of such an amazing employee and finds the road for his advancement. Bravo Michael!

There is not one thing that we didn’t like.

A little more expensive but worth every penny!

Nothing

Good location, excellent concierge.

Small dark room, with a view of a parking lot. Very expensive for what you get.
