The location is excellent, everything is within easy walking distance. Despite having restaurants right downstairs, it was exceptionally quiet; we barely noticed them and rarely ran into other residents. Having private parking was a major plus, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The apartment was reasonably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip.
The apartment shows a bit of wear and tear and looks a little older in person compared to the photos. Given the market in Kaprun, the price is fair for the area, but the accommodation would really benefit from minor cosmetic updates and slightly deeper cleaning. Additionally, the balcony door doesn't latch or close from the outside, meaning you have to leave it open while sitting on the balcony.

"Great location just outside the main centre of kaprun allowing for a more mountain focused experience with the ability to walk and get right into the heart of the town, especially paletti"
