Excellent service from the front desk, the car parking assistent and in the breakfast area. Very comfortable and calm hotel with nice roof top teresse. Nice and elegant and very clean/well maintained. Good location with short walking distance to museums and shopping and beautiful piazzas

Helpful and polite staff in a smashing historic hotel in the centre, lovely room, with excellent views. Breakfast superb with a massive choice of all kinds of food. Very impressed on the whole, had an excellent stay.

Room warm so needed windows open which left it noisy on a night due to bars and restaurants across the road and there always seemed to be some vehicle going by with a siren blazing! Got used to it though.

The hotel is located centrally in a beautiful historical building (old school). The architecture is very nice and decoration beautiful. Rooms are quite simple, but nicely decorated with wooden floor. It is very well situated, and there is lots of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was very nice and there is a huge variety of food with cold meat, cheese, pastries, fruits, etc. The ladies who cleaned our room took really time to do it and it was very clean. The private parking is very practical. The lady at the reception when we left was very kind and professional. It was quite cold in the room (temperature at 21 due to current energy restrictions), but they gave us additional blanket and a heater which was highly appreciated.

The staff at the reception could be more friendly. Giving a smile to customers is key when working in frontline. We had an issue with electricity in our room and we spent 45 minutes waiting for a solution in the corridor (no more light in our room). Finally, we had to changed room and we did not receive any apologize or a commercial gesture. For a hotel at that price, I think that it could be really improved. The rooms are quite nice, but the bathroom renovated (keeping the old-fashioned style) and shower head changed.

The hotel is well located in a beautiful square in Torino. Not only the building is nice, the room is big and spacious. Staff was super friendly.
