The location was special - by the river and all the history around the Parliament. It was easy walking distance to the city center.
The building inside has an old world charm and the room was very comfortable. It was strange to not have anyone there from the hotel. Fortunately all worked well and it was a fun couple of days. Thank you.
I’m not sure how quickly issues could be reported and resolved (For example, if I had a problem accessing the room. I may have missed it but it would be good if there was a reaction time expectation stated if a guest needed help (we will resolve most issues within an hour)

Everything was great! The staff, the facilities, the location! Best comfort also! There is a kitchen also on the floor for the rooms, and a balcony. Very cozy for eating or smoking.
