Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with heaters and electric blankets for cold nights
I had to wait quite a while for someone to open the gate. This has been an issue before, a gate code would work better.

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. The area is safe an peaceful. The little touches like milk in the fridge and luxury body wash in the shower was a lovely surprise. The bedsare extremely comfortable with lovely high grade linen.

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff especially Linda. The quietness and beautiful garden. The comfortable bed.

Friendly staff.
Rooms are somewhat dark and morbit. Some of the guests were exceptionally load, with none of the staff seemingly willing to address the noice issue. The municipal water supply to the property was off for a day, causing an inconvenience.
