The location is the best

I am used to staying in Canberra accommodation all the time. This time I was disappointed with the cleanliness. bathroom was dirty, dishes dirty, glasses dirty. disgusting. There was also another thing that I didn't like a lot. I received the envelope with only 1 key. And they said there were 2 keys. But I was alone and I'm 100% sure there was only 1 key. I was charged $130 more for this. The excuse they used was that when I got the envelope from the safe I signed it. Next time I will read, and I will take a photo to confirm, because I only received 1 key

Dusty, TV worked sporadically & goes off black after 5-6mins, Taps noisy unless fully opened with consequent water waste. Car park smelly.

The position is fabulous - right in the middle of the harbour-front. It’s a nice, clean, well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace. Very good place. Nice people in the office.

There are two main issues. For the apartment itself it’s very, very noisy. The flip side of the position is that it’s right above the restaurants and bars are there is a lot of noise. More generally I found the way this was advertised on Booking.com annoying. The pictures you generally look at are NOT the apartment you rent - they are the complex and the nicest apartment. You need to click on the apartment as if it was a room to see the pictures of the one you will actually get. Once you understand this makes some sense but it’s misleading on its face.
