Bathroom was smelly. Beside that you can hesr noise from other rooms very well. Couldn’t sleep properly dur to noises outside my room.

My stay was four nights and five days. The place is well located, close by with all necessary shops and restaurants. Also not too far from all happening locations in Riyadh. The two room apartment is suitably spacious and clean

Only one toilet for both rooms. The staff is good but some may avoid cleaning, unnecessarily delay it.. no towel change since day one, we had to manage ourselves.

originally I stayed at said chain (#3) and was very impressive in value and location to all new locations that was under development however it seems that the owners were not reinvesting the money received into the properties as mater of facts three out of five were in the same street and now only two are into operation and the others would cost less to rebuild than repairing them. staffs did their best with what they have and the smiles as well as rush to help did very little to overcome the damages in our unit that I witnessed: 1. broken appliances. 2. Kitchen not equipped 3. broken A/C 4. water damages and mold on walls, floors 5. water leaks coming down from units above 6. no shampoo, soaps, clean towels nor bedsheets 7. constant smell of sewage inside the unit now why I stayed my full reservation and more…the employee took the full amount in advance despite the agreement that they will do it weekly basses as I would not know how long I would be staying in Saudi and too hard to relocate to a place allowed smoking and our age (70th) jet lagged as well as charging more than our reservation booked for.
