Host was outstanding! Super helpful on suggestions on where to eat and tours.
The washer was broken which was a concern because we planned on washing some clothes. Location was really nice although it was directly across from Trevi fountain so if you don’t like stepping into the busy streets right out of your apartment this is not the place for you.

If you looking for the best located apartment in the centre of Rome - Trevi 86 should be your choice. Location is more than perfect, vibe around is amazing, the apartment is in historical building thus you can feel the history. The property is spacy, clean, weell-equiped and, the most important, the owners - very helpful, open and supportive!

The location is fantastic
There were multiple things not working like lamps, flickering lights, AC near the pull out bed as well as the clothes washer which is one of the reasons we rented here. We even asked the day before about the clothes washer and they said yes it’s working but when we arrived, they said oh no that’s a mixup it’s not working. They removed it from the listing after our stay.  He did spend some time to get the lamps and lighting fixed because it could be quite dark there without all the lamps working and there are lights flickering in the mast bedroom. However, he never did get the AC working by the pull out bed and we were there right when the heat wave was starting.  The master bed mattress was so uncomfortable as it’s lock a brick and the worst during our 2 week+ travel through Europe. I’d recommend they upgrade the mattress especially with the prices they are charging. There is a funky smell from the neighbors unit that hits you as you get close to the exterior door.

phenomenal location, you cannot be closer to the Trevini fountain and very central to all of Roma. Luca was a helpful host. surprisingly the unit was quiet even with the popular location.

Perfect location just opposite of Trevi fountain. Beautiful historical apartment. The host Luca was very nice to us and he speaks good english. He gave us good restaurant tips and arranged very nice taxi to airport and back(Tesla+ MB). Me and my 16 y daughter will love to come this place again in our next Rome trip.

Superb location on the Piazza di Trevi.
You could see the Trevi Fountain from the ensuite shower room (and hear it in the if the door from the bedroom was open).
As you come out of the building, the fountain is right in front. We visited in November so the Fountain was busy, but not crammed pack to the point where it was difficult to get in and out.
Loads of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out, and 4 small but well stocked supermarkets (COOP and Carrefour Market) within 5 to 10 minutes walk if you want to eat in.
Most major sights are within easy walking distance.
The apartment can be used as a home from home 'cos it has all the basics that you need; cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer.
As with most apartments in Rome, the owner can arrange a car to pick up from and drop off at the airport. The price appears to be a little cheaper than the white taxis. It possible to use the train from the airport to Rome Termini, then the Metro or a taxi, but the walk with heavy suitcases is a bit difficult due to the cobbled streets, pavements and roadworks.
The owner (Luca) is very accommodating and at the end of a phone/WhatsApp if required.
When we visited, Luca advised us that the apartment has only been used a small number of times and asked us to give him feedback directly, so I won't do a major critique.
Some aspects need a bit of updating; the 2 off bath/shower/toilet rooms in particular. The kitchen is compact (only to be expected) but some of the storage is difficult to reach if short.
We've staying in many apartments in France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Corsica, UK, etc. and there has always been a welcome pack with details, instructions and important telephone numbers (doctors, etc). None was provided. We didn't need it 'cos we worked it all out within a couple of hours, but it's a nice to have.

The location is great and the apparent was really nice and comfortable, there was everything that we needed and we had a pleasant time there. The assistant was really nice and charming and he welcomed us nicely and told us everything we needed to see in Rome. Really nice of him was to offer us a transfer to the airport. We are very happy that we stayed at this apartment.We are looking forward to going there again.
