I stayed here for 4 nights and loved my stay. The room is clean and spacious and the AC works well. They provide water bottles and shower gels and there is a shared kitchen where you can get free water refill.
The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and you're close by to all attractions of Mui Ne. I used the Grab bikes a lot and got to everwhere where I needed to go within 10mins. There is an excellent breakfast spot across the street (Mr. Ben's coffee) where I went every morning as it was so convenient!
There are a lot of mosquitos.

The room is located in a nice garden-like facility, there are lots of trees and flowers around.
It was close to the sea and the famous Fairy Stream was within 3 minutes walk.
The staff was friendly.
There was rubbish from other guests under the bed.
Lots of mosquitoes, no mosquito net installed.
The light in the bathroom didn't turn off for a long time after every use. Water pressure was below average and it took a long time to get warm water.
