Confortável , espaçosa !

Falta de manutenção do banheiro , a papeleira estava solta !!! Metal pouco pesado e poderia machucar os pés se fosse uma criança.

O atendimento dos funcionários é impecável! Alimentação de boa qualidade! Os recreadores são muito animados e conseguem entreter as crianças com cuidado!

Desde o atendimento, acomodações, area de laser a gastronomia maravilhosa.

De eu ter reservado por poucos dias.

The option of having a all-inclusive package including beverages, as an option to the full-board accommodation already available.

The flexibility of the staff on making it work my request to the move up my check-in time (since I was flying for almost a day and wanted to arrive earlier than the normal check-in time to get some rest). Also the facilities are amazing and sparkling clean. All the staff (restaurants, reception, bar) were extremely friendly and corteous. I wish I had more time to stay more than just one night. Maybe next time. Thanks

For the price, the room could use some renovation. It was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfy, however in the bedroom and bathroom itself, it could get some renovation.
