Very clean, nice location and friendly host. They allowed me to check in early as room was available, that was very kind of them rather then sticking to actual check in time

The location is unbeatable. Decent size for Croatian apartment. The host was friendly and communicative!

The A/C does not reach the further room. No fan in the bathroom so the window has to be left open which brings in mosquitoes.

I was a solo traveller. Excellent location of the apartment. In the heart of the old town but 100m away from the main hustle bustle so was easy to catch a night's sleep. Close to grocery store, pharmacy, traditional restaurants and everything else that you want. Marica (the host) was very responsive and helpful over Whatsapp and ensured an easy checkin and stay. I will recommend this place to whoever is considering a stay in split.

I don't want to say that I did not like this but few things that travellers should be aware: Taxis do not come to the apartment so people should be ready to climb up the road on foot with their luggage, and also on the stairs. The building is a bit old so the walls are not exactly sound proof. So just be mindful. None of this bothered me at all and I enjoyed my stay.

Very central. Good hot water. Beds were comfortable. Surfaces had been cleaned. Had AC in lounge area.

We weren't put in the flat which we saw on the photos on booking.com. They clearly have more than one flat and ours was disappointing We were in 18a which was a very dated 2 bed flat. There was nowhere to plug in the kettle in the kitchen. There isn't the balcony on the photos (see my photo below) we had a french window in a bedroom with 2 chairs next to it facing a derelict space. There are holes in walls and worktops that they've covered with stickers. The WiFi worked but was too slow to download (we went to a cafe Nostradamus to download some entertainment). There were no lounge chairs, just kitchen chairs so we lounged on beds. Towels were old and thin. All very worn out and not maintained. The water was hot and had good pressure but the shower head didn't fit on the holder so you had to hold it up.
