Very nice room. Bed was hard but there was lots of space and the staff was excellent. Felt very welcomed there.

Lovely rooms and great roof terrace. Breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. Perfect boiled eggs.

Hakim and the rest of the staff were honestly absolutely incredible. They exceeded every expectation or need possible. It was my partner's birthday, which I mentioned to Hakim. Instead of just doing something a little bit different for breakfast, he suggested something completely different. It surprised both of us and made the trip even more memorable. Apart from that, simply having Hakim and his colleagues come around every morning, ask how you are, greet you, have a conversation with you, and ask if you need anything was phenomenal. The rooms were incredibly clean, the food was delicious, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this to anybody considering staying here.

Honestly absolutely nothing.

Dar Souran is located in the middle of the Medina, which makes it a good location for exploring, but an adventure to get to with luggage, as a car cannot drive up to the door. The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful … they graciously did some laundry for us, for free. Breakfast on the rooftop was cool and relaxing. Overall, a very good stay.
