Nicecy NganHa Hotel

It had an incredible location next to Ban Tanh market. Literally it was across the street. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of variety and some local foods that were delicious. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

The room was a little small, but other than that OK. The bathroom needs some shelf space for shaving bags, etc.

Breakfast was terrible, they only replaced some items after they ran out, and that took half an hour and that was just fruit, hot items not replaced at all, so get there at 6.30. The restaurant staff had surly looks beneath their masks, whereas the porters were very helpful. The cleaning of the room consisted of making the bed and replacing towels.....nothing else, cups were left, coffee not replenished as they said they had run out, we had to ask for toilet paper and the tub was not cleaned. Our window rattled with the wind and we had to jam paper in. It as it was quite windy outside. It was full of domestic tourists as it was value for the area, if breakfast and cleaning improved it would be exceptional value.
