Areni House B&B

Situated in the perfect location for attending the wine festival. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Nice restaurant just 5 minutes walk away. Friendly owners, one of whom speaks excellent English making it easy to get recommendations.

All good

Location, property, swimming pool, breakfast and most specially the lady owner she is very kind and gentle woman 🤍

There is nothing like that

Where else can you stay in a beautiful treehouse, with private bathroom, hot shower, and even air conditioning! The room is sturdily built of wood with parts of the tree growing through it, and rain did not get in. A view of fresh green leaves through the windows and outside the bathroom. Close to all Areni places to see including caves, wineries and Norovank Monastery. Hosts Bella and Agassi are very welcoming, with homemade wine and honey. Bella cooked us a huge meal one evening complete with wine and vodka, served in a lovely covered seating area below. Parking was easy.

Nothing… if you set your expectations that you are staying in a treehouse!

It was close to the city center, host was very nice and ready to help.

Room was simple and basic, but for the price it was okay.
