Lovely welcoming room set up by staff. Reception very helpful in telling us about the town.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us accommodate two cars and a trailor.

Everything was OK except the mattresses.

Thank you for the packet of biscuits in the fridge. Parking right outside the room was convenient.

The mattresses were worn-out and had ridges in them, possibly broken springs. It was a very uncomfortable night with very little sleep.

A very smart and modernised motel, immaculately clean and tidy, with lovely friendly staff!

I never write reviews, but I was impressed with this smart and modernised motel. My room and bathroom were immaculately clean and tidy, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff are excellent too, very welcoming, and nothing was a bother, which was lovely as I was travelling alone. Highly recommend Charter Towers Motel for an enjoyable stay.

Cute little motel

Charters Towers Motel is such a cute place. The kids and I really enjoyed staying here on our stopover back home. the room was large and beds very very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, will definitely stay here again next time we come through town.
