Alessandro is a great host - responsive and punctual. The apartment is clean, air conditioned and close to everything.

Just needs some hooks in the bathroom for the towels 🙂

Owner. Very nice

The owner is very attentive and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. The apartment is relatively well located. If you have a car, there is a parking lot right across the street for $36 per night. There is also a Coin department store right across from the apartment, and several restaurants and a small supermarket just downstairs. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of some of the apartment’s amenities are quite concerning. The chairs, towels, bathroom rug, sheets, freezer, refrigerator, and oven are in such poor condition that you don’t really want to use them. There is mold around the bathtub and on the bathroom ceiling. The towels are very stained and extremely rough. The freezer has dirty, built-up ice inside. The oven is greasy and filled with utensils. There are hardly any basic supplies provided. I recommend bringing napkins, hand towels, and water. At the very least, there should be hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. There are also no hooks on the walls to hang wet towels. Overall, the location is convenient and the owner is very attentive, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment need significant improvement.
