The poolside room was the best location. Breakfast included everyday was a great option, heaps of choices. The rooms were very clean and a credit to the housekeeping staff. The Gym is well equipped for use.
The location makes it hard when you have a young child, relying on taxis to cross sunset all the time to do activities gets a bit tiresome. Would be best suited to people who are happy to get around on a scooter.

& it’s well located for our needs of shopping on Sunset row nice and large parking lot
I booked four nights instead of three October one through five for our second stay. It was too late to cancel and the hotel refused to consider giving a refund. So I ask if they could upgrade our rooms for our second stay and they refused. I thought the desk agent, locked compassion, and any drive to make me happy.
