Gentilissimi i proprietari. Struttura pulitissima e super accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione perfetta, tutto a portata di mano. Se dovessimo tornare a Brindisi sicuramente prenoteremmo qui.

Breakfast. Just a few yogurts and some packets of croissants and crackers in the room.

The services was good, he was very helpful with some places that we asked for dinner, he recommend us one that was really nice "La Loconda del Porto". The room was clean and very spacious. You also have a balcony.
The bed and the pillows for us were very hard, some people might like it that way, but for us was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean, the only thing that I didn't like was that the shower had mould on the tiles and on the corners. Breakfast was really not good, nothing was fresh, was everything from a super market and everything was in our room from the day before. What I mean its that you don't have a specific place to go to have breakfast, everything is already in your room the day you arrived. We stayed only one night, so I don't know how it will be breakfast for the rest of the time.

The beds and bed sheets were very uncomfortable. The location feels very off from everything

A comfortable, clean room.
We had to send passport details over WhatsApp as there was no-one to meet us at the property.
There were only pre-packaged items in the bedroom for breakfast. There was a dirty coffee maker and no kettle (and we are tea drinkers).

quality cleanliness of the room and bathroom
location was far from the centro - an ok area but if I didnt have a car it would have been a serious drawback.
NO breakfast was offered with a bogus claim about COVID, which NO ONE ELSE in the country of Italy was concerned about.

the owner was responsive, free parking, close to the airport and by walk not so far from the city center (13 min)
it felt very unwelcoming - breakfast was prepared in the room (cookies, yoghurt, water and coffee). the bed especially the pillows were super hard, I had to remove the pillow at one point it was to „high“ and hard for me.

Very helpful and friendly host. Easy drive to airport.
We didn’t realize that a B&B means there is no staff member there except during the day, and that it was a few rooms in a walk up apartment building. We found the room cramped for a family of 4 and the common area was hot so we ended up staying in our room.

The location was good as it was close to the railway station. We only stayed one night so it was very convenient. the staff were very helpful too.
It was difficult to find and the area was not great and a bit noisy - road traffic

The room was very wise and confortable. This pace is close to the train station which was super practical for trasfer from the airport and to Lecce.

The host was very nice and thoughtful, he even arrived early for check in to help us find a parking spot.
The room is clean, spacious and has all utilities.
A bit noisy at night, but that can be expected from any street facing property in the city

Perfect location, very clean room. Although i have arrived after check-in hours they still waited for me. Even better! The girl at the reception suggested me a place for a dinner and made a table reservation.

The facilities were all very good, Francesco was very responsive and helpful when we communicate via booking.com app and later on. There is a nice supermarket nearby. Our aim was a comfortable night stay and reach to airport by the rental car, so the location was good for my purpose. To reach the historic center, you need to walk 1-2 km, which was OK for us. There is no paid parking close to hotel, however parking is free in the area and we found a spot after some search...Considering the corona conditions the breakfast was OK. We paid 75 euros +5 Euro city tax.
All good. A paid parking might be good but it is nothing to do with the property. It is possible to park nearby for free anyway..

Host was very friendly and gave us an excellent restaurant suggestion. The room and common areas were very clean.
Breakfast options are basic but perfect.
It was a 20 or so minutes walk to the Duomo so we found it a bit out of town. Parking is super easy around the b&b though so I advise to drive to the city centre.

The room was spacious and the bed was big.
Because of Covid there was only packaged breads/cakes for breakfast..
