Fabulous location for me as it was close to friends and a 10 minute walk into Instow which has a great beach to walk my dog. Bus stops handy for Barnstaple and Bideford. View was across fields to the estuary.
The flooring was very creaky in places.

The flat was perfect for our stay . It was very clean and beautiful decorated. Perfect footpath near by which allowed us to walk with our dogs off the lead all the way to the beach.
No enclosed garden for our dogs however the price reflected this and with the perfect doggy beach in walking distance it was not a problem.

Easy to walk to restaurants, pubs. Good coastal walks.

Well equipped apartment and very clean

Would have liked an outside seating area.
Very squeaky floorboards in kitchen and bathroom
