Very good location, clean. The host was very kind. The two bathrooms make the house extremely comfortable to use.

Beautiful!

Close to great restaurants...plenty of space...host was super friendly and helpful

The host is very nice, friendly, polite and always reachable and ready to help. The villa is fabulous. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Montecatini, just a few minutes’ walk away from the thermal center Tetuccio and from Montecatini center. The villa is very beautiful, it belongs to the beginning of the XXth century, built in the best traditions of Modern style. It is very sophisticatedly decorated with numerous art objects such as pictures, porcelain and crystal figures, books on art, antique furniture etc. It has also a well equipped kitchen, nice garden, adjustable heating and numerous other facilities.

Just a few things could be regarded as an area for a delicate development. We did a lot of cooking and the facility felt like missing the dish washing machine. The bathtube is also a bit aged, it could use some renovation.
