The location. The pool and staff.

The room with two beds had a fish smell coming from the air conditioner. One of the other rooms did not have towels.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and location was ideal for us.

The location is fabulous, the pool was wonderful & the bed very comfy. The unit was nice & clean and the staff friendly & helpful. We cannot wait to stay again when the Rsl is completed as it looks amazing.

The units are very thin walled' & the family beside us, for 2 of our 3 nights, were very noisy with little to no consideration of their neighbours throughtout the day or late at night. We've stayed here in the past on a number of occasions & unfortunately the issue with the noise isn't new. Maybe a bit of added insulation would help? The convenience of the location & vacancies being available make up for it, but it does take the shine off a lovely stay.

Close to public transport, shopping and groceries. Bed was comfortable, range of pillows to choose from. I liked that the bathroom now comes with a small hair dryer.

The toilet was recently used and had not been cleaned. Can be noisy at times. Wear earplugs if you're easily disturbed at night.

The room was very clean and tidy. Daily room service was excellent. Well appointed and had everything I needed.

No complaints.

All staff were super friendly and helpful. They sorted out the issue with the microwave very quickly and with no fuss. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Fit for purpose.

Wear earplugs if you're bothered by noise, as it can get noisy. Some grim left in the shower is really the only negative comment I have about the room and facilities.

Liked parking at door. Large TV Close to RSL which is great eating place

The highway out front was busier than expected, but not the fault of the hotel.

our room was noisy from trucks on hill pool was empty when arrived while doing repairs and ac filters were dirty and we cleaned them could do with a renovation due to age turned the track lights on and was still dark in room

The bed sheets weren't clean and there were visible stains on them.

This motel was OK for a one night stay.

The room had to be aired because of over welming smell of cleaning product. Good to know that the room was clean but has to sleep with door part open.

The triple room was an absolute delight. The tiles made all the difference,and the back outdoor area was very much enjoyed. Can't wait to book again!

Noisy guests

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Air-conditioning worked well. Check in/out was easy.

Room !17 needs some TLC. The wardrobe laminate is peeling away on the door. Bedside lights didn't work. The bathroom sink tap is too big. There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom.
