Check in with the young bartender was good. He went beyond expectations to help with logging into the WiFi when we had problems doing so.

We self-catered and the lovely courtyard was ours for our breakfast. Location perfect, car park and right in the centre of Gulgong
Comfort of seats where we dined, but that's all.

Service was good, staff friendly and easy to deal with.
Parking was an issue not enough space we had to park in the adjacent car park and when the weather is good can be challenging to get luggage to car.
Very very very noisy with rooms backing onto beer garden and music very loud and then patrons yelling over the top of it.
Very light with alot of light coming from under the door and with alot of lights from amenities making the room very bright.
