Central area

Noise , no place to leave luggage , you need to pay for luggage store boxes.

The size of the property, the kitchen facilities, strong water pressure.

Sofa bed is good for 2 persons, but one side for 1 person was poor; the cushion was sliding down making one half of the sofa bed quite impossible to use. Apart from this sofa bed issue, apartment #1 is satisfactory for family use.

L’appartamento è molto ampio e completo, i letti comodi ed il personale con cui ho parlato veramente molto professionale e diligente

Nulla! È stato perfetto

The location is great. The apartment is very spacious and reasonably well maintained. The price is very attractive for this location and space

It's not a bad deal, but one should be aware of some significant drawbacks, and decide if those justify the price. There is no independent AC. No cooling at all in the summer and in the winter only a centrally controlled heating system. During our stay (autumn) it was disabled. That means 5-10C during the night with a baby with no hearing, not even in the bathroom. Upon request, the host provided a small portable heater but as the apartment is quite large it was insufficient. The acoustics are horrible. You could hear everything that is happening outside, including when they empty the trash bins in the middle of the night. During our stay one of the other guests was hosting friends over and putting our baby to sleep was nearly impossible. Note that there is a washing machine but no detergent. Also no coffee or tea.
