Fabulous location

A/c didn’t work

Villa Cernobbio is in the very center of Cernobbio. It is an old villa, so be ready for that, but it has its charm. Very spacious and comfortable house with very well equipped kitchen. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor. But even in 30+ degrees it was oke. Laura is very nice and responsive lady, as soon there was a question it was handled immediately. As when we wanted clean towels (we stayed there for 8 nights) they were given to us almost immediately. Though it would be handy to have them beforehand.

Villa could use some small investment to freshen up, like for example shower cup in master bathroom. Second bathroom was very good.

Wonderful, historic and spacious property. Main floor is well furnished and elegant. Beautiful wood floors. On upper floor main bedroom is huge while the other 2 are smaller but functional; each has 2 twin beds. Great, walkable, but quiet location in the heart of Cernobbio. Overall very comfortable and very responsive management.

We like Cernobbio that's why we booked. The location is good, just off the street near Villa d'Este, a little over 5 min walk to the pier. We can get breakfast easily from Poletti, our favorite Patisserie right across the street. The old house is quite charming, large and clean though the decor is not what we would prefer but ok. It has a small flowering garden. The 2nd floor terrace is lovely. The kitchen is rather well equipped though we did not cook. The parking is conveniently right next to the house, a Euro25 extra charge/day. We used Whatsapp to contact the agent and they always answered promptly, their representative, Daniel did arrive on time and gave all necessary information, even helped with the luggage. Thank you very much.

The price was quite steep though this could be seasonal. The quality of beddings is ok, but could be improved with this pricing. The air cond in the 2nd bedroom worked but dripped some water on us.
