Wat een prachtige plek! We ontvingen een upgrade en mochten met z’n drieën in het mega grote appartement verblijven. Alles is super schoon.
Ontbijt is uitgebreid met iedere dag een specialiteit.
Ook koken ze regelmatig, super vers en onwijs lekker. Bep en Corry zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en super gastvrij. Een feestje om hier te verblijven.
De omgeving is ook prachtig en er is heel veel te doen.

The Buffelsdam staff were particularly nice and helpful: they gave us a tour of the garden and of the swimming pool area, they kindly booked for us a nearby restaurant where we had a fantastic dinner and they even contacted us after we have left offernig to ship a garment we had forgotten there.
We were upgraded to a spacious family unit, equipped with kitchen, living room, two large rooms with bathroom.
The rich and tasty breakfast was served on a patio overlooking the pool and the garden.
Everything was just perfect; despite it was quite cold as it was July, we were offered a wood stove to warm the flat

Stunning surroundings and good location- close to wine estates nearby and short drive to Plett and Keurbooms. Very yummy breakfast provided. Lovely rooms which were well equipped, clean and cozy, with beautiful views! Amazing service by the host - very friendly and hospitable, and the website they set up is super helpful! It has recommendations of restaurants nearby/ things to do/ info about the accommodation etc. Would 100% recommend staying here for a lovely relaxed weekend.
Unfortunately no wifi/TV during loadshedding so remote working from here would not be ideal.

We stayed 2 nights at the property and had a wonderful time. The owner is kind and has mamy nice tips on what to do in the area. The place is clean, rooms are well maintained with good beds, breakfasts were nice. There is a nice pool for adults and a small one for children which is a rare offer. We will definately go back.

The Lodge is located in a very nice area. Breakfast was very good, and the hosts, two sisters where very nice and friendly.

The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure my toddler had everything he needed. We were extremely impressed with the kindness and respect they showed him and us. Amazing location, so tranquil and relaxing.
The walls are too thin, you could hear your neighbours.

The surroundings are beautiful, very nicely decorated rooms,modern and terrific host. Local amenities are excellent. Good restaurants.nearby.

we loved every inch and every minute of our stay! wonderfull location, with an amazing view on the mountains. hosts are perfect and very welcoming, it really felt like coming home. rooms are very clean and spacious and the grounds are very wel kept. the set up for breakfast was so good you don’t even need lunch. plenty of choice and quality food.

The breakfast included one or two homemade treats every day, and everything was fresh. There was some wonderful homemade almond meal bread for gluten free guests. The place is calm, comfortable, and simple. The biggest draw is the lovely pair of sisters that run the place... very friendly and interesting to talk to.
Breakfast had limited hot options... the option to order cooked eggs the way one likes them would be much appreciated! The pool looked bigger in the pictures but was still great. The room decor is simple and functional, very clean and bright, but doesn't have a lot of character.

The hosts were very friendly and we were able to spend Christmas Eve together with them at the braai. We and the children were able to enjoy the days at Buffelsdam in the beautiful surroundings.

The farm is spectacular, the rooms are highest standard in comfort, quality of materials and services.
The managers are extra helpful in satisfying all your needs. Super recommended!

Facilities and rooms were spacious and clean. staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating. perfect getaway with family and will definitely be back.

the farm is beautiful and the host is amazing, willing to do whatever she can to better your stay
the location or more specifically quality of road and road works into the property.
the shower in my room (upstairs) was challenging as the design means you stand in the bath but quite far away from the shower.
most challenging though was the lack of amenities and common areas. the property offers only breakfast (which was very nice) but I went to relax and even lying by the pool is challenging as they don’t provide drinks / snacks etc and the shops are not that close.

Warm and welcoming staff. Beautiful & clean rooms, with a comfortable bathroom. Lovely property with pool and stunning Mountain View. Highly recommend. Felt very safe driving to the location even as two girls which is great 😁 yummy and varying continental breakfast spread!

A beautiful house, very comfortable and indulging. Bep, the hostess, is lovely and very thoughtful. We traveled with our two year old toddler and everything was fitted for our needs, down to the breakfast table.
