The staff were friendly.

The rooms were very basic for the price. There was no pressure in the shower. The curtains didn’t close properly so people could look inside. There were always other guests and children running around and screaming outside my window. Breakfast was very basic. Lots of rats running around between the rooms and garbage.

They asked us for 5 times the price when we arrived at the hotel.. We didn't stay.

Fantastic location near beach. In process of modernising/upgrading under a new manager. Not really central Mui Ne as per description but just east of main strip - bus driver charged us slightly extra for drop off there. But this makes it good for some sites such as a small pagoda and the "Fairy Spring" walk.

Cannot yet takes payment by credit card - only cash, which is inconvenient. Limited English spoken by some reception staff, but this will improve as the number of foreign guests increases. Lively backpacker hostel next door could be noisy for families, although we found it fun!

The room was very clean and neat when we check in, every thing look professional. Very beautiful garden and view outside the room. Nice decoration at the beach. I will stay here again if I come back to Mui Ne.

The pool made me disappointed, the water was very dirty during my stay (3 days 2 nights), I asked many times about changing the water for us to use, but the staffs just ignored. At same time there were a lot of guest but also couldn't use the pool. That was the only minus point.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We talked with them before arrival and they were ready to take care of us when we arrived. Breakfast in the morning is nice, and they made some special noodles for me because I had a gimpy stomach.

The beach sand strip is pretty narrow at high tide, and when the nice wind kicks up, it's probably not safe for most people to swim here, but early morning--especially when the tide is lower--this is a great beach spot
