I liked the staff all most of them they speak good English and are very polite.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working, and when I called reception, they said it was hotel policy that the AC wasn't working because it was cold. But the truth is, the room was hot, and we couldn't sleep comfortably for two days. How can a five-star hotel force guests to endure such heat? I won't be repeating this experience and will look for another hotel that respects its guests' wishes.

An excellent hotel with a beautiful lobby and a welcoming team. Our rooms
were spacious, clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and excellent sea views.
The bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped, with good toiletries provided.
Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices, and the breakfast team were brilliant, friendly, attentive and helpful.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only negative was the Wi-Fi, which was quite poor and unreliable during our stay.
