We loved the location! A beautiful old Tuscan unspoilt, characteristic farmhouse. It was full of rustic charm. We were welcomed and shown around and enjoyed the honest uninterrupted freedom. Breakfast was great and accomodated for different tastes. The ECO pond/pool was invigorating, lovely to be so close to nature and ahead of it's time. Great to be swimming with frogs! Nothing was a surprise as we read all of the information before we booked. We thank you wholeheartedly for a remarkable and unique stay. We would come back again.

Authentic and historic building, clean, ok breakfast, charming interior.
Dirty sunbeds and pillows covered in mud are not ok; insect screen was broken, shower was either too hot or too cold (constant temperature was not possible) , house wine was overpriced, no warning for biting dog (he bit my bf's hand) or trail leading to the house that will damage the bottom of your car if you are not driving an SUV but a packed saloon. Dumped garbage present when starting the driveway. Breakfast as from 8:30 might be unacceptable to some. No fan nor aircon. Bad wifi.
