No host - it's always complicated to find the right code in the right email to get the property keys. The neighbor chain smoking under the bedroom windows in the morning.

Great support that helped us

We got three different pin numbers/codes but only one was actually useful. Also the correct pin number (according to support and email ) did not work om the gate to the building (support opened it up remotely so it was fine)

It was on the tram line for Artbasel. Big apartment.

The code for thé key was send in Dec 2020. Now it’s Sept 2021. They could resend the code instead of making me panic in front of the door. They were also not helpful with the fact that I have to cut short my stay due to a surgery. Also the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. I had to ask for the transport card which normally is offered. Just not friendly attitude.

A kettle with a French plug and no Swiss converter. Would have been nice to have a table on the balcony

Well situated and easily accessible. Tram stop nearby and close to supermarket, eateries and 'Backerei Kult'.
