Moderno 3 BR Condo proprio sulla SPIAGGIA. Tiki Bar / Restaurant nella SABBIA! Ristorante raffinato all'interno del resort. Soggiorno in stile resort con grande piscina riscaldata, tiki bar / ristorante direttamente sulla sabbia e lista completa di servizi. Questo condominio con bagno en-suite con 3 camere da letto è l'epitome di stile resort che vive in un edificio che si rivolge al divertimento e all'intrattenimento per tutte le età! La cucina è completamente attrezzata per lo chef di casa, e il tavolo da pranzo si estende fino al 10. Enormi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno, la master suite e la stanza degli ospiti forniscono molta luce naturale per tutto il giorno, splendide viste sulla città e set scenografici davvero sorprendenti fino a sera. La suite principale dispone di un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto da 32 "su supporto girevole, così come un divano futon che può essere aggiunto in un letto full size se necessario. C'è anche una grande cabina armadio, che rende facile mantenere le cose in ordine. Il bagno en-suite è stato recentemente rinnovato con ripiani in granito, i suoi lavandini e una grande cabina doccia. La seconda suite offre un letto queen size e un divano letto queen size se necessario che si affaccia su una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "su un supporto girevole. Il bagno privato dalla camera degli ospiti ha un lavandino singolo e una grande cabina doccia. C'è una piccola nicchia in questa camera per gli ospiti che offre il luogo perfetto per lavorare o per socializzare con una tazza di caffè guardando l'oceano. La terza suite per gli ospiti è una piccola stanza e un ottimo posto per 1 coppia o 3 bambini. C'è un letto a castello per adulti con una doppia in cima, e un letto full size sul fondo. Un tavolo per bambini piccoli e sedie è un luogo divertente per i più piccoli per ottenere colorazione creativa o fare arti e mestieri. La zona soggiorno offre due divani che possono essere letti a schermo intero se necessario, ma durante il giorno o la sera offrono molti posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia e l'intrattenimento dallo schermo piatto da 55 "è sicuro di essere un ottimo posto per catturare un gioco in tv o un film per famiglie. The location of Ocean Manor is ideal because it is on the beach but the apartment windows give on to the parking area. We were a family of six and stayed for 13 nights and found the apartment:
not very clean(I have pistures), the third bedroom had no light: the ceiling lamp not working and table lamp (no wall plug for it, just a loose cable dangling) the manager offered to come with an electrician but we declined.Paper towels and toilet paper run out in a couple of days. Closet in the dinning room covered by curtains full of old chairs. Not able to used it a storage for our suitcases. For the high price we would expect better kitchen pots not such old ones. No washing machine. All the previous apartments we have rented had washing machines.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, temps kept cool, fans in every room, lots of beach towels, chairs, and ocean toys. I would highly recommend this location to a friend. Shopping, food, and entertainment was within walking distance...or a quick Uber away.

It does look a bit better in the pictures than in person. Pool area was not clean and not kept up with. Room was okay. Not great not awful. No beach view or balcony, minimal kitchen supplies. Main issue was the shower in the small bathroom. No vent fan and the bottom of the shower door leaked EVERYWHERE and there was no avoiding it because the shower head was not able to be adjusted and pressure was WAY too hard.
Sally let us check-in super early so that was nice.
Lock to the room was sketchy, someone could easily get in when locked.

Although the location was well located, we were disappointed when we entered the condo upon our arrival since the condition of the furniture, the cleanliness of the windows and the maintenance of the condo and the property in general did not conform to the descriptions mentioned on the ad. The photos versus what was in the apartment were largely very different: e.g.: dining table chairs, living room table in addition to being broken, the showers which did not have benches and the water which flowed abundantly since no seal prevented the water from remaining in the shower, the very dirty windows which blurred the view, the ventilation hatches which were dusty and some were not well fixed, not to mention the smells of cannabis and cigarettes which could have had occasional rubbish around the pool with broken chairs not to mention cloudy pool water.We must forget to have peace near the sea since large ventilation hatches are near the beach and make a lot of noise. The host who was the intermediary between us and the owner was nice and communicated with us before and when we arrived, but could not help us. We had a good stay despite everything since we were visiting the coast during the day.

Great location to stay in Fort Lauderdale! It was a perfect spot to stay for a long weekend trip with everything so close by, would recommend staying here.

The condo had plenty of space for everyone. Having two bathrooms worked out great. A/C worked almost too good a times. :) Be sure to hit the lock button on door everytime you leave as per instructions. We forgot to at times but no one entered the unit.

We had the best time. The weather was perfect, the condo was amazing and Sally was the best!!! She communicated with me often and made me feel at home. She is the sweetest!!! The only bad thing about our whole trip was that we had to leave!!! But we plan to come back and make this an annual trip and even bring our families!!!Thanks again!!! BEST VACA EVER!!!!!

I stayed in April 2023 for a girls weekend. Overall, the condo is nice and clean. There were some small details that were not perfect (shower leaked, handprint on the cabinet, and flickering closet light). The property manager, Sally, was wonderful to work with. The building itself could use some updates, the elevators click between floors and the pool area seemed to not get cleaned at night. That being said, the location is fantastic, the Italian restaurant and bar attached is delicious, and the staff is very nice. Would stay here again!

Condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. Located right on the beach. There was a tiki bar on and Italian restaurant on site that made for easy drinks and dinner! Check in was seamless and host was both responsive and very accommodating. Overall great place to stay!

This condo was everything we needed and more! Manager was very prompt and so nice. Grocery store, deli, pizza place, fast food and souvenir shop right across the street! Beach and pool were awesome!! Will definitely return!

Nice Spacious apartamento. Some upkeep needed Sheets and towels old and full of stains. Bedroom’s TVs very limited channels because they are not connected to a provider.

Great location. Host was beyond accommodating and easy to get a hold of for anything. She even accepted our groceries and put everything away and in the refrigerator so it was cold waiting for us.

We were a group of 10 - and there was enough beds/spaces for everyone. The condo is located right on the beach, which was super convenient! The condo was also a short Uber ride away from everywhere we went while we were in Ft. Lauderdale. The condo met all our expectations!

I recent had a girls weekend here! The condo was very clean and had great space for 7 girls to stay. The property manager was super friendly and helped us out if we need anything. I will be staying here again for sure! The hotel tiki bar was a hit!

We had a good time staying at the condo. Perfectly fit my group of 8. The place was clean, well stocked and property managers very responsive. Small issues like one of the bathroom sinks being clogged and the shower getting water onto the floor quite a bit, but these things are easily remedied and didn’t make a big impact on our trip. Definitely agree that the hotel in general is a younger crowd and the tiki bar gets rowdy. If you have young children maybe consider another place. Overall would def recommend!

Blood stain on the bedroom door, walls were so dirty, toilet had urine in and fecal stains on it, drawers were broken, futons were covered in stains, towels looked like they were from a thrift store, broken tiles filled with dirt, the AC vents were covered in years of dust, long hairs all over the furniture and floors, furniture is all chipped, scratched, cheap/old, you name it, I’ve never seen anything this gross…
And to top it off the bunk bed room had no air conditioning, it was 100 degrees in that room…
Needless to say we left and had to get a hotel…. I called vrbo and emailed the owner and no one got back to me until I called again the next day to get a refund, the owner offered another place that could not accommodate all of us (and based on this property I’m sure it wasn’t clean) she said she could have her cleaning crew come but it was beyond “minor” cleaning as she said, and to fix the AC issue she offered a fan (to blow around the hot air)… nothing like the pictures, no nice rolled white towels by any means…
Do yourself a huge favor and keep looking!! I am still calling everyday to get any kind of a refund!! I have pages of unanswered texts message which I know she has read

Beautiful beaches and tiki bar and a wonderful bar and Italian restraint in the lobby that plays live music Weds. and Thursday nights. Loved the valet parking . Wish we had a balcony . Place was adequate but could use a few mamtamence updates.

Everything worked out great for our families for Spring Break. Condo was nice, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Area was fun, with lots to do within walking distance, but we had a vehicle to explore more. Wouldn’t definitely stay here again

Incredible experience! Our host Lisa could not have been more helpful from the entire booking process through the end of our trip. The condo was very clean fully, stocked with all of the essentials, with fantastic views of the city! The resort itself has everything you could ask for. I know I will be back in the future and would highly recommend their beautiful condo to anybody looking to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Thanks again!
