Repeat visitor. Lovely place with welcoming host and excellent breakfast - rural. Have always been allowed to bring our dog down for breakfast, so whole family can eat together. Great parking also for mobile homes. Always new improvements each time we visit, now charge points and hook ups for campers. Little forest and quite road for a quick walk w dog. Close to main road. Many rooms w balconies and insect screens which are nice when hot in summer.
Great rest after a long drive!
Water temp and flow in shower was a little variable, but not a major issue.. Bathroom was large and clean and had both shower and bathtub (family room)

The B&B was well situated not too far from the small town of Heiden. Plenty of parking, great breakfast. Our room was a good size and bathroom was also a decent size with a good shower.
Heiden has some lovely restaurants especially the Steakhouse
