Lovely location nice neighbours overall great relaxing break.
The private beach wasn’t accessible, only because the dunes were to high for me to climb hahaha I loved it.

This wonderful property has stunning views from upstairs and downstairs. All you need for self catering is provided to an excellent standard by hosts. Communication fantastic too.
Beautiful beach walks that can go on for miles.
It was peaceful and a perfect stay. Restaurants nearby which had great food.
Short trip out to Rye has some wonderful places to visit.

It’s location is excellent and it’s principal selling point. Brilliant to be right on the beach
Like all the houses at Marine Cottages, it’s in need of a maintenance overhaul

lovely place but rain and sand storms every day of our three day stay so couldn’t enjoy the location but everything you need inside for those rainy days
there was nothing to not like but Bonnie our old dog had so much trouble battling the sand storms, she sadly passed away a few days later 😢
