Spacious room and cleanliness. The swift resolution of the safe that gave an error message while we were checking out and our passports were locked in there.
We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was delicious and tasty and full of flavour. Really enjoyed the food.
They have stocked all kinds of drinks in the fridge except for water. We have arrived around 23:00 had a terrible headache and no water to take the painkillers pills. Stock up the water and make a note that the water will be paid for, since you are not offering water to your guests. It's just water!
The daily breakfast could be better, but it edible.

Very good stay at Melia Ibirapuera, the room was big and clean. Wifi works well and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Check in and check out were fast, the hotel gave me 2 extra hours for check out which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast is excellent and varied. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.
The shower is very small.

I leave a email address for invoice, but didn't send me yet. luckily I ask for a pape one incase they forgot it. and they forgot it at the end.
