Ottima posizione, esattamente sopra la fermata della metro, affacciata praticamente su Piazza del Popolo

I really loved the location besides Piazza del Popolo having a metro and bus close by was very practical, but we walked mostly to all main attractions. Also you have good cafes and restaurants on the same street. And the facility was great. Our room was spacious and we had our own private bathroom and for the value of the money it was great. The host communicated the entire check in process perfectly. It was easy and comfortable. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the shower door didn’t close properly and that sometimes people were a bit loud on the street but that’s nothing major. I will stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

Consiglio soltanto di valutare la sostituzione degli infissi poiché si sente molto cosa succede in strada (passanti e tram). Il fatto di essere al primo piano sicuramente non ha aiutato

Localisation was great, just by the Popolo Square, close to the centre, the metro station, bus and tram a minute from the building. 50m to Carrefour, nice trattoria by the corner. It was clean. The room with a kitchenette was quiet. In the corridor there was fridge, refridgerator, kettle and coffee express available for all guests. If we didn't experience the last evening before departure tyle overall note would be 9/10. The host is available in case of a problem and tried to make the stay nice for us.

When we got back to the room on the last evening before the departure we noticed a strange cleaning happened. Our things were reorganized and placed in different bags and on another shelfs, some of our belongings were missing. Private things like cosmetics, medicine and clothes were moved and placed elsewhere. Female sleeping shorts, headphones and sunglasses were missing as well as the phone charger and a cable. Another charger with a pług not applicable for my boyfriend's phone was placed on the table. The missing charger got us very irritated as we needed to charge the phone for the flight to have the tickets available and we were leaving in the early morning. The host came and found the missing shorts in the laundry but the other things turned out to be on the cleaner's house. Eventually the cleaner returned them the next day in the morning and luckily the neightbour from the apartament next door lend us his spare charger. The host acted quickly and I want to belive this was caused just by the careless cleaning. We didn't even wanted the cleaning that day and left a sign not to clean but we were told the sign was dropped on the floor so the preventive cleaning was performed. The missing things were not valuable. We were there for a week, if similar accident would happen after the 1st day I would be afraid to stay there for the whole week. Also the minifridge in the room was not working since the 1st day but the one on the corridor was available so the food storage problem was solved.
