Lovely little apartment with a sea view and 45 min walking distance from Split center of town. Host was very nice.
There were a lot of construction works right in front of the apartment and went on for a few kilometres. Too much noise and dust during the day and therefore could not enjoy the balcony. Due to the works it was also a bit of a struggle to find the place.

Space, close to the beach, grocery store, view was amazing. Also it was well equipped, we used to cook, so there was enough of kitchen tools. Terrace was amazing too, we enjoyed spending lots of time there.
AC was a bit weak but it worked fine if waiting for some more time. Overall everything was great.

The apartment is 100 meters from the beach.
It is equipped with all the appliances (kitchen, laundry machine and 2 great balconies with most amazing beach view)
The land lord is very kind

No AC in the bedroom, just in the living room.

Location was fantastic - literally across the street from the beach. Amazing balconies, one was huge. Had everything you would need for a holiday. Owner was a pleasure to deal with too.

Location was good, we had a car so everything was accessible, without a car , you would have to rely on cabs and busses, which could be difficult
The room definitely smelled smoky, we understand that smoking is a big part of the culture in Croatia, however our room was less than pleasant in that way.

This is a fantastic apartment with a great view and superb host :) would highly recommend. The terrace of the apartment was great.

Location is across the street from the beach! Large terrasse and fully equipped kitchen. Host is very responsive.
Payment needs to be done in cash only?! I much prefer the convenience of using a credit card and don't appreciate having to travel with large sums of cash. Check-in must be done by appointment only, it's cumbersome to have to schedule an exact time only for someone to give you a set of keys! A simpler process for everyone would be to use a lock-box or code on the door.
Air conditioning is only in the living room / kitchen - there is no air conditioning in the bedroom.

Very nice apartment with beautiful terrace, from which you can enjoy wonderful sea view! Just across the street is very good beach! Hosts welcomed us and told everything what we may need to know! Both hosts Jasna and Mate are very helpful and will help you to find answer on all your questions!

The apparentment was perfect, in the most gorgoeus location situation right across from the beach and within about a 45 min stroll along the beach front to the main town. Very accessible to bus stops (although we either walked or used ubers which cost around £4-£5 to main centre). The family were lovely and met us on arrival and gifted us some welcome gifts. Extremely clean apparentment with a great big balcony to enjoy the sun all day long on. Everything provided for you there including towls and hair dryer which I was very greatful for as saved on packing. Would highly reccomend.

The apartment was very clean and was with all necessary facilities. We were welcomed with wine and fruits from the host. The host responds and fulfill the requests very quickly. The location was the best and the apartment has very good view and balcony.

We enjoyed the large terrace every day, with beautiful views of the sea and the beach.
The only downside to this apartment is its location in a house on the 3rd floor without a lift.

Amazing view! Very comfortable apartment with an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. The massive terrace was a great place to sit and watch the boats.

Very friendly host! The apartment was great for travelling with children. Well equiped kitchen, nice bed, lots of towels and a spectacular balcony with a great view! A great pebble beach right in front of the apartment and if you walk about 10 minutes towards the towncenter you Will find a beach with the most Beautiful pebbles!
There is a grocery store really Close by with an ATM and a busstop from where you get into the citycenter in about 20 minutes.
The only thing we missed was firealarms in the apartment. Would be great for safety especially when travelling with the family.
