i really like the hotel cleanliness and staff and convenience of restaurants nearby in the casino; and really appreciate the freebies in the room and nespresso coffee in the room was much better than the breakfast;

breakfast was ala carte instead of buffet breakfast and takes time to prepare; cuppacino was not good; food was good though!

High end hotel close to Manila aurport

The beauty of the hotel, exceptionally well decorated, huge suite of over 110m2, fantastic facilities in the hotel.

The bed was too soft and the quality of the bedsheets poorer. The breakfast included in the price was served at the table (no buffet in this hotel) with really limited number of items available cost-free within the menu (either bread or fruits, either coffee or juice etc).

it’s near our house; all snacks in the bar are consumable (actually part of the charges per night)

somewhat “discrimating” staff; bathrobe has an unpleasant odor; though they changed it immediately when we told the attendant at the spa

Truly a 5 Star experience, a hotel that makes you feel at home even for a very short stay.

Location, design of the hotel exterior and interior, but most of all professional, friendly and awesome staff from the Front Desk, Bell Hop and Dine in service.

Nothing negative nor nothing to dislike. Awesome Hotel!

Golden Stay

Staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s feels modern and tasteful. There’s lots of amenities around and the Nobu restaurant is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic.

The Aircon was a little noisy but nothing drastic.
