I really liked the staff (how nice they were and how well and effectively they handled my late booking and my special request for a cot), the room size, the amenities, the overall cleanliness and all the hotel facilities (specially indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor pool). Also liked the food, in general - the portions were very generous. Locationwise, simply a great spot, very close to a beach access 👌

I only did not like the rooms not having a kettle.

The staff were nice and always helpful in any moment! The facilities were great as well, I hate cold water and it was good to have a warmer indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was honest and I recommend to get it because there is not many places around if you are without car, so, it was worth it. The location is good as well, if you are without car, I recommend to rent a bike and you can go to many places from the hotel location, like Baleal and Ferrel. The sauna was good as well, and I used it all, plus, the gym. I recommend and I would go back the this hotel.

It is a minor detail, nothing bad but one improvement: the swimming pool space could be better decorated at night, for example, with some lights there and it would be a great place to handout during the summer nights, and the same for some space we have by the side of the swimming pool. It is like a garden and it could be a amazing place at night as I saw in other hotels.

It’s Dated - yes the entrance area is astounding as everything seems huge and white. But the hotel has seen better days when it comes to the rooms - for sure affected from the sea salt and wind. Carpet floor stained and partly ripped just as other furniture in the rooms. Not really worth the money
