The room (and hotel?) was a bit outdated, but charming. The lack of modern facilities is fully made up for by the lovely staff, host and absolutely beautiful location!

The maid was in our room before check out,when we came from breakfast maid was in our room cleaning 1h before check out…

Best breakfast provided during my 21 day adventure in Croatia. Manager ( owner.?) went beyond and helped me find a dependable taxi ride after a 5 hour bus trip in heavy rain. Room was perfect with a nice patio and well deserved bed. I was asked about my day plans and given directions for walk to town, visit church and a lovely sea walk.

The rainy day but still able to walk for a few hours. Town was just waking up as I arrived.

Very clean. All fittings incl air conditioner in good working order. Nice terrace for having breakfast. Good breakfast. Next to beach and tennis court. If renovated, property with a lot of potential. Now adequate for short stay.

Difficult access from main road. Public car park, part of it on steep slope. During day difficult to get space. Old property desperately needing renovation.

The owner is incredible. Absolutely amazingly helpful. Everything in the hotel was just superb. Honestly, the best owner I have met in many, many years of travel.

The equipment was very old and of low quality. The carpet was dirty and worn, the bathroom was small and uncomfortable.

Quite a big room with air conditioning. Breakfast included. The place is literally very close to the sea. Shower was clean and the towels were provided.

It was quite noisy from the cars driving at the road in front of the building. The mattress wasn't really comfortable and I could feel the springs when sleeping. It would be useful to have some explanation on booking on where the parking area is, how to use it, etc. It's not difficult but when someone is coming after a long journey, it would be really helpful to navigate straight into the parking area.

Villa style hotel with pretty standard rooms, very ok for a night stay. Directly at the beach. Check-in and 5 minutes later dive into the sea. Breakfast was good. Funny hotelpersonal, good service with a smile!

Location very good. Just 5 meters from the beach any 10 min walk from centrum. Rooms are comfortable, air condition, wifi is good. Breakfast was amazing. Staffis great!

I can't say what did I like more, was it accomodation, was it that everything was so near (beach just few steps from hotel), the staff, breakfast choice, or help we got. I can say what ever we needed it was provided, in the hotel and outside hotel with help of hotel staff. It was perfect family stay and next year we are comming for two weeks again. Loooooved our stay. Thank you Zoran and team for making our stay so perfect.
