Great views of the river and bridge - somewhat obstructed by the neighbours roof - but more than enough visibility to be able to enjoy the sights.
Clean, cozy and well appointed, with everything you need for a really comfortable stay.
This is not a negative - just advising.... the house is set over 2 floors, with 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, laundry and kitchen upstairs.
The house is at the top of a driveway with shared parking with adjacent town house, had to do a couple of 3 point turns to turn the car around and park in marked bay. Not difficult, again just advising the need to do this.

Fantastic views both daytime and evenings, looking over the water. So convenient for city centre but situated in the quieter suburbs which we love. Shops 20mins walk away. Well equipped and very comfortable. Communication very good with owner. Thank you
House is on quite a steep hill, hence the beautiful views, although not a problem for us it may be for others.

THE PICTURE WAS A BIT DISIEVING THOUGHT WE HAD A BEACH FRONT OVER LOOKING THE OCEAN ,NEXT DOOR DOWN THE DRIVEWAY WAS VERY MESSY .INSIDE THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ACCOMODATING
