Staff is very helpful and can organize tours. We did a great 11 night tour to the Gobi dessert and Orkhon Valley: 5 tourists in total in a Russian van.
Facilities are basic and the hostel is always full. When we were there many large groups of Israeli tourists were visiting that were kind of loud and a bit rude. It felt quite crowded.
