Hotel was in the perfect spot for walking around town and restaurants

Good location for walking around central city. Close to restaurants.
Quite noisy, lots of people in the local area, but it was a Saturday night.
If booking with booking.com they don’t tell you about the $20 extra to have 2 beds instead of one at the time of booking.

Great central location, nice room.
My co-worker accidentally closed the door leaving his key inside as we were going to dinner. As the reception closes at 6pm, he had to pay a $50 fee and wait 20 minutes for someone to come from off-site to let him back in. This sort of thing is a common occurrence and it's a shame there's not a simple solution that doesn't cost 30% of the night's accommodation to resolve it.
