Its location and the people were very nice.
The room was dark and covered in hairs on floor. Long hairs. I am bald man. Cockroaches under my bed that I found on my bed. Clean bathroom and toilet.
Yes $10 but I am around the corner in new place for $12 and it’s a palace comparatively. 7/10 stay and that is because of location and people.
