Wonderful location, right in the heart of the Pantheon area. The room was well appointed and the staff was very friendly.
There was not too much water pressure in the shower.

Location is fantastic. Very close to main attractions like trevi, pantheon, colosseum etc. only 15 mins from main food/shopping areas. Good bus links. Bed and room a very good size and comfortable. Very friendly staff and responsive on message when not there. The hotel offered to keep our bags safe while we checked out so we had a final day of exploring rather than dragging our cases round like you see others doing.
Got woken up at 2-3 am a few days in a row as there was a lot of noise outside. People talking loudly and lots of them. We wondered what it was and when going home realised there is a club below. Any rooms that have windows where the club is below I feel need better windows with noise protection. Iron available on request but not in each room. Went through 3 irons to get one that worked. Would be much easier if a mini ironing board and iron or a steamer were in each room. as if someone else requests it you then could not access. Some areas of the room could be updated for visual appeal. Bed frame had rusted and chipped away

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. The staff was polite and always responded promptly whenever I contacted them by message.
The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. Although the room matched the photos, the atmosphere felt dark and uncomfortable in person.
Another unfortunate issue was that the power went out overnight, leaving the boiler off and there was no hot water the next morning until I called the staff.
Overall, despite the great location and responsive staff, the cleanliness and overall experience were disappointing, and I would not stay here again.
