really enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this property to others.

All good, nothing much can expect

The location is perfect. The hotel staff are very friendly.

There was mold on he bathroom ceiling.

Location was ideal, close to everything you’d want to visit in downtown Istanbul, but on a quiet street.

I don’t want to slam the place, but I believe in an honest review. There was a lot of very loud noise each night up until midnight from other guests slamming their doors, which amplified and echoed through the narrow stairways into our room, the reception was rarely staffed and took a significant amount of time to arrive each time we needed something (once not at all and the property attendee had to call a neighbouring property’s manager to help us check out), the payment machine was not working so we had to go out to find cash to pay our bill, and the bathrooms were in need of some basic maintenance (grout was pretty moldy in the shower). Each one of these things is just an inconvenience, but add them all up and it’s enough to be frustrating instead of being able to enjoy our stay.
